Stressing :(

Due to being sick for 2 weeks, I’ve had to mostly put off working out. I had a cough and people recommended not to work out ‘cause it’ll make the cough worse. I lost 8 pounds and it took me a while to, but now I’m freaking out I’ll gain it back all over again from being sick. Then on Wednesday, I have to get my tattoo touched up, meaning I can’t work out again for another week or so. :/ Sigh. AN is coming up and I need to lose 7 more pounds by then to be 130. My goal overall is to be 125. 

I know stressing can cause weight gain, so I’m typing this out to get all of this off of my chest. I know I can lose the weight by then. I won’t go on a major diet, but I’ll need to be more careful of my sugar and carb intake. 

I know I can do this! ><!!!
